1. Develop and create training materials to ensure the Customer Service teams are well-versed in digital tools, procedures, and Dior creations.
2. Assist in the operational management of escalated cases to top management.
3. Participate in community engagement activities such as newsletters, workshops, challenges, and seminars.
4. Contribute to the ideation and deployment of new strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives involving Customer Service.
5. Conduct competitive analysis on new experiences, tools, services, and inspirations for potential integration into Dior's Customer Service.
6. Undertake additional tasks related to the Client Relations Service as assigned, based on departmental projects and events.

1. Enrollment in a business school or university program (Bachelor's +4/5).
2. Interest in new technologies and the fashion industry.
3. Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) is mandatory.
