1. Coordinate and oversee E-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any anomalies in collaboration with central and warehouse teams.
2. Maintain daily communication with the call center, providing necessary solutions and responses to customer inquiries.
3. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality, implementing continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.
4. Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems (OMS, POS) and the E-commerce warehouse (WMS), ensuring stock accuracy and conducting necessary adjustments.

1. Final year student in an engineering school, pursuing a Bac +5 level degree.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of WMS, POS, and ERP software.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal and customer orientation skills.
5. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bac +5 level degree in engineering.
