1. Assist the Store Director in managing and developing sales in alignment with Christian Dior's brand standards.
2. Optimize sales through client retention, public relations, and exceptional customer service.
3. Oversee window displays and maintain high merchandising standards within the store.
4. Manage sales reports and merchandising needs to ensure effective stock management.
5. Coordinate in-store promotional events.
6. Develop and enhance the skills of the sales team.
7. Supervise operations, coach, and train team members.
8. Ensure sales align with targets and manage financial reporting, including invoicing and monthly reports.
9. Collaborate closely with sales managers on annual figures and promotional events.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury sales or retail management.
2. Proven experience in team management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
3. Strong understanding of store operations, financial, and budget management.

3. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
4. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in luxury sales or retail management, with experience in team leadership and merchandising.
