1. Assist the Leather Goods/Footwear Development team throughout the entire collection development process.
2. Monitor the development of materials for collection models.
3. Place material orders and support the development of techniques.
4. Maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
5. Perform administrative follow-up tasks.
6. Aid in the launch of technical materials for collections.
7. Order materials such as leathers, fabrics, and supplies.
8. Participate in the research of techniques/materials for footwear.
9. Develop collection materials in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
10. Create and update collection tracking tools (dispatch files, master books).
11. Assist in product/material adjustments and production follow-up.
12. Issue material and technical order forms, and track invoices and material receipts.

1. Student in higher education with prior experience in product or material proximity (business school or engineering/material/textile design background).
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Meticulous, organized, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Mandatory internship agreement.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and relational skills.

Entry-level experience with a focus on product or material proximity.

Currently enrolled in a higher education program, preferably in business, engineering, or material/textile design.
