1. Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of retail projects and operational initiatives within the Fine Jewellery & Timepieces category.
2. Analyze CRM data for key product launches and oversee the global events calendar, ensuring comprehensive tracking and reporting on KPIs.
3. Support regional incentives by understanding and sharing best practices, sourcing gifts, and monitoring performance.
4. Develop retail tools to aid regional teams, ensuring their effective adoption and performance.
5. Coordinate logistics and communications with external vendors and partners.
6. Conduct competitive analysis focusing on retail initiatives and communication strategies of luxury competitors.
7. Lead monthly trend-sharing sessions, presenting relevant industry articles and media.

1. Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 in Management or Business.
2. First experience in a retail environment, either in a boutique or headquarters, is appreciated.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Understanding of retail operations and customer experience is advantageous.

7. Fluency in French and English.
