Christian Dior Assistant Retail Project Manager

- Analyze CRM data for key product launches and oversee the global events calendar, ensuring comprehensive tracking and reporting on KPIs.
- Support regional incentives by understanding and sharing best practices, sourcing gifts, and monitoring performance.
- Develop retail tools to aid regional teams, ensuring their effective adoption and performance.
- Coordinate logistics and communications with external vendors and partners.
- Conduct competitive analysis focusing on retail initiatives and communication strategies of luxury competitors.
- Lead monthly trend-sharing sessions, presenting relevant industry articles and media.
- Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 in Management or Business.
- First experience in a retail environment, either in a boutique or headquarters, is appreciated.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of retail operations and customer experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English.
