1. Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of retail projects and operational initiatives for the Fine Jewellery & Timepieces category.
2. Analyze CRM data for key product launches and oversee the global events calendar, ensuring effective tracking and reporting on KPIs.
3. Support regional incentives by understanding and sharing best practices, sourcing gifts, and monitoring results.
4. Monitor and evaluate the implementation and performance of the gifting strategy.
5. Develop retail tools to support regional teams, ensuring their adoption and assessing their effectiveness.
6. Coordinate logistics and communications with external vendors and partners.
7. Conduct competitive analysis of key luxury competitors, focusing on retail initiatives and communication strategies.
8. Lead monthly trend-sharing sessions, presenting relevant industry trends and media.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Management or Business.
2. First experience in a retail environment, either in a boutique or headquarters, is appreciated.

4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Understanding of retail operations and customer experience is a plus.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills.
7. Fluent in French and English.

Entry-level position suitable for students with some exposure to retail environments.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Management or Business.
