1. Contribute to the animation and monitoring of Customer Experience programs, providing weekly and monthly reporting.
2. Prepare analysis presentations for monthly meetings with General Managers and key stakeholders, as well as quarterly meetings with the Customer Experience community.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for Boutiques in managing requests and issues.
4. Manage Retail KPIs reporting and analysis, including monthly reports on traffic counting, conversion rates, and cross-selling.
5. Monitor the performance of omnichannel services and analyze the adoption and performance of retail tools.
6. Conduct specific analyses for management and prepare supporting presentations.
7. Actively contribute to the management of Europe communication tools such as newsletters and internal shared platforms.
8. Coordinate the gathering of information and redaction of weekly newsletter articles.
9. Participate in monthly committee meetings with all stakeholders to build the ongoing strategy.
10. Support Europe teams for any questions and resolution of incidents, collect feedback among teams, and issue recommendations.
11. Support for setups and tests for evolutions.

1. Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 in Management or Business.
2. First experience in a retail environment, either in a Boutique or Headquarter, is appreciated.

3. Organized, methodical, and rigorous.
4. Understanding of Retail Operations and Customer Experience is a plus.
5. Fluent in French and English.
6. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, though some exposure to a retail environment is beneficial.

Pursuing a BAC+4/5 in Management or Business.
