Christian Dior Assistant Retail Performance EMEA Intern

- Contribute to the animation and monitoring of Customer Experience programs by providing weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare analysis presentations for monthly meetings with General Managers and key stakeholders, as well as quarterly meetings with the Customer Experience community.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Boutiques in managing requests and issues.
- Manage Retail KPIs reporting and analysis, including providing monthly reports on traffic counting, conversion rates, and cross-selling.
- Monitor the performance of omnichannel services and analyze the adoption and performance of retail tools.
- Conduct specific analyses for management and prepare supporting presentations.
- Actively contribute to the management of EMEA communication tools such as newsletters and internal shared platforms.
- Coordinate the gathering of information and redaction of weekly newsletter articles.
- Participate in monthly committee meetings with all stakeholders to build ongoing strategy.
- Support EMEA teams for any questions and resolution of incidents, and collect feedback to issue recommendations.
- Assist in setups and tests for evolutions.
- Student pursuing BAC+4/5 in Management/Business.
- First experience in a retail environment, either in a Boutique or at Headquarters, is appreciated.
- Curious, proactive, and strategic thinker.
- Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Organized, methodical, and rigorous.
- Understanding of Retail Operations & Customer Experience is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
No prior experience required, though some exposure to retail environments is beneficial.
Pursuing a degree equivalent to BAC+4/5 in Management/Business.
