Christian Dior Assistant Retail Merchandising - Men's RTW

- Support the Men's RTW Leather Goods Department in developing successful commercial activities in alignment with Dior's strategic and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor the RTW strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics (sell-out, sell-through, best sellers) by category, region, and boutique.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports by product category.
- Propose action plans by category in collaboration with regional teams and the Supply Chain.
- Define product life cycles (permanent, carry over, seasonal, markdown).
- Identify best-selling products and market opportunities by category.
- Centralize market feedback on recent collections and needs for upcoming collections.
- Coordinate regional needs (deliveries, reorders, rebalancing).
- Visit boutiques in Paris to optimize visual merchandising (specific pushes, best sellers, slow movers).
- Interface with departments such as Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and E-Commerce.
- Participate in creating and drafting analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in, best sellers, and KPIs, as well as end-of-showroom evaluations.
- Prepare buying presentations (core assortment matrix, photos, macro).
- Prepare buying tools: clustering, core, product status, delivery waves, stories.
- Contribute to defining buying strategies (core assortment, buying rules).
- Coordinate regional purchases (OTB, assortment by core/cluster/wave).
- Enrollment in a Business School or specialized Master's program in Fashion.
- Previous internship experience in luxury fashion is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook Package (PowerPoint, etc.), with additional skills in Qlik, Cognos, and BI being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial internship experience in luxury fashion.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Fashion.
