Christian Dior Assistant Retail Merchandising - Men's Ready-to-Wear

- Support the Men's Ready-to-Wear Leather Goods Department in developing a successful RTW business in line with Dior's strategic and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor the RTW strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics (sell-out, sell-through, best sellers) by category, region, and store.
- Develop Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports by product category.
- Propose action plans by category in collaboration with regional teams and the Supply Chain.
- Define product life cycles (permanent, carry over, seasonal, markdown).
- Identify best-selling products and market opportunities by category.
- Centralize market feedback on recent collections and future needs.
- Coordinate regional needs (delivery, reorders, rebalancing).
- Visit Paris boutique network to optimize visual merchandising (specific pushes, best sellers, slow movers, etc.).
- Interface with departments such as Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and E-Commerce.
- Participate in showroom periods by creating and drafting analyses (sell-in, best sellers, KPIs) and end-of-showroom reports (quantitative and qualitative collection results).
- Prepare purchase presentations (core assortment matrix, photos, macro, etc.).
- Prepare the buying tool: cluster, core, product status, delivery waves, stories.
- Contribute to the definition of the buying strategy (core assortment, buying rules).
- Coordinate regional purchases (OTB, assortment by core/cluster/wave).
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous internship experience in luxury fashion is appreciated.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook Package (PowerPoint, etc.), with additional skills in Qlik, Cognos, and BI being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial internship experience in luxury fashion.
Currently enrolled in a Business School or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
