1. Support the Men's Footwear and Leather Goods Merchandising Department in developing successful commercial activities in alignment with Dior's strategic and quality standards.
2. Implement and monitor the Men's Footwear strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
3. Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics such as sell-out, sell-through, and best sellers by category, region, and boutique.
4. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports by product category.
5. Propose action plans by category in collaboration with regional teams and the Supply Chain.
6. Define product lifecycle stages including permanent, carry-over, seasonal, and markdown.
7. Identify best-selling products and market opportunities by category.
8. Centralize market feedback on recent collections and requirements for upcoming collections.
9. Coordinate regional needs including delivery, reorders, and inventory rebalancing.
10. Visit Paris boutiques to optimize visual merchandising (VM) with specific pushes, best sellers, and slow movers.
11. Interface with departments such as Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, VM, and E-Commerce.
12. Participate in showroom periods by creating and drafting analyses on sell-in, best sellers, and KPIs, and conducting end-of-showroom quantitative and qualitative collection reviews.
13. Prepare purchase presentations including core assortment matrices, photos, and macro data.
14. Prepare the buying tool with clusters, core products, product status, delivery waves, and stories.
15. Contribute to defining the purchasing strategy including core assortment and buying rules.
16. Coordinate regional purchases including open-to-buy (OTB) and assortment by core/cluster/wave.

1. Enrolled in a Business School or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
2. Previous internship experience in luxury and fashion is appreciated.
3. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook Package (PowerPoint, etc.), with additional skills in Qlik, Cognos, and BI being advantageous.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Attention to detail, flexibility, and dynamism.
