1. Assist in the creation of Product Collection Briefs for the Studio.
2. Collaborate closely on weekly development tracking with suppliers.
3. Stay informed about competitor activities and analyze relevant information.
4. Draft, consolidate, and coordinate product descriptions for E-commerce and lookbooks.
5. Manage product photo shoots.
6. Track Press and VIP orders.
7. Contribute to the development of training materials for various projects.
8. Coordinate and liaise with different suppliers.
9. Help in creating quality guides for suppliers.
10. Prepare ATA carnets for collection shipments.
11. Manage prototypes in collaboration with various departments.
12. Prepare weekly sell-out analyses and propose recommendations and action plans.
13. Develop a reference file for personal artist orders.
14. Place orders with the ADV department and verify them.
15. Monitor deliveries to artists.

1. Césure or end-of-study internship.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
3. Strong numerical aptitude.
4. Excellent teamwork skills.
5. Exceptional organizational abilities.
6. Strong interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
8. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
