1. Assist the Women's Leather Goods Retail Merchandiser for Europe.
2. Compile and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports, focusing on trends.
3. Communicate performance insights to buyers.
4. Analyze seasonal collection sell-through rates and monitor the availability of permanent collections.
5. Review stock levels weekly and organize rebalancing based on network needs.
6. Create newsletters for the entire retail network.
7. Prepare pre-purchase analyses and participate in defining store allocations based on sales potential.
8. Prepare post-purchase presentations.

1. Enrollment in a business school, engineering school, or university.
2. Previous experience in merchandising, supply chain, fashion, luxury, or product management with a strong numerical focus.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, precision, and creativity.

No prior experience required, but previous exposure to merchandising or supply chain in fashion or luxury is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
