1. Assist the Women's Leather Goods Retail Merchandiser for Europe in daily operations.
2. Compile and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports, focusing on trends and sales data.
3. Communicate performance insights to buyers and analyze sell-through rates for seasonal and permanent collections.
4. Collaborate with supply chain and zone coordinators to optimize sales through stock level reviews and rebalancing.
5. Prepare pre-purchase analyses and participate in defining store allocations based on sales potential.
6. Create newsletters for the retail network and prepare post-purchase presentations.

1. Enrollment in a business school, engineering school, or university program.
2. Previous experience in merchandising or supply chain within the fashion or luxury sector, or a product-focused role with a strong numerical emphasis.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
4. Numerical aptitude combined with a creative mindset.
