Christian Dior Assistant Retail Merchandiser - Textiles & Hats

- Assist the Merchandiser in managing the Textiles & Hats categories within the Women's Accessories Business Unit.
- Contribute to the definition, launch, and sales tracking of collections to align with business objectives and the Artistic Director's vision.
- Conduct sales reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor network performance by region and store.
- Develop ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative analyses and implement action plans to support sales.
- Coordinate collection launches, including assortment creation and delivery tracking according to regional implantation schedules.
- Participate in pre-showroom activities, including macroforecasting and buying strategy development.
- Support buyers during showroom sessions with daily information updates and conduct sell-in analyses.
- Compile quantitative and qualitative post-showroom collection reviews.
- Assist in creating Visual Merchandising guidelines to enhance in-store assortments.
- Prepare various market-oriented materials such as product newsletters, rankings, and incentives.
- Propose currency-based price adjustments for the Pricing Cell.
- Conduct regular market surveillance and synthesize findings to support product offering analyses.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury market and accessories
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress.
