1. Coordinate and oversee the performance of Baby Dior boutiques worldwide within the Merchandising department.
2. Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including sell-out reports and performance metrics by collection, product segment, and region.
3. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru rates and stock coverage.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers across different regions.
5. Propose inter-regional product transfers and assist in preparing guidelines and action plans.
6. Translate sales analysis into visual merchandising recommendations for boutiques.
7. Track e-commerce sales and assess the impact of digital communication on performance.
8. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting in the preparation of buying strategies and debrief meetings.
9. Prepare purchase summaries for production and sales tracking, and assist in permanent and seasonal restocking.
10. Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices in the industry.

1. Final-year student (Bac +4/5) from a Business, Engineering School, or University.
2. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
3. Rigorous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders in an international context.
5. Proactive, autonomous, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.
6. Fluent in English with a strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
7. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
