- Coordinate and oversee the performance of Baby Dior boutiques worldwide within the Merchandising department.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including sell-out reports and performance metrics by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru rates and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers across different regions.
- Propose inter-regional product transfers and assist in preparing guidelines and action plans.
- Translate sales analysis into visual merchandising recommendations for boutiques.
- Track e-commerce sales and assess the impact of digital communication on performance.
- Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting in the preparation of buying strategies and debrief meetings.
- Prepare purchase summaries for production and sales tracking, and assist in permanent and seasonal restocking.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices in the industry.
- Final-year student (Bac +4/5) from a Business, Engineering School, or University.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Rigorous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders in an international context.
- Proactive, autonomous, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English with a strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
