Christian Dior Assistant Retail Merchandiser Intern

- Coordinate and oversee the performance of Baby Dior boutiques globally.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales analyses, including sell-out reports.
- Analyze results by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
- Propose stock transfers between regions.
- Assist in preparing guidelines and action plans based on sales analysis.
- Translate sales data into visual merchandising recommendations.
- Track e-commerce sales and assess the impact of digital communication on performance.
- Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with buying strategy preparation.
- Prepare debriefing meetings and purchase summaries for production and sales tracking.
- Support the preparation of permanent and seasonal restocks.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry best practices.
- Final-year student in Business, Engineering, or University (Bac +4/5).
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Rigorous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Sensitivity to luxury and fashion sectors.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for an intern at the end of their studies.
