1. Coordinate and oversee the performance of Baby Dior boutiques globally.
2. Conduct weekly and monthly sales analyses, including sell-out reports.
3. Analyze results by collection, product segment, and region.
4. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru and stock coverage.
5. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
6. Propose stock transfers between regions.
7. Assist in preparing guidelines and action plans based on sales analysis.
8. Translate sales data into visual merchandising recommendations.
9. Track e-commerce sales and assess the impact of digital communication on performance.
10. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with buying strategy preparation.
11. Prepare debriefing meetings and purchase summaries for production and sales tracking.
12. Support the preparation of permanent and seasonal restocks.
13. Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry best practices.

1. Final-year student in Business, Engineering, or University (Bac +4/5).
2. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
3. Rigorous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, international environment.
5. Fluency in English.
