1. Coordinate and monitor the performance of Baby Dior boutiques globally.
2. Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including sell-out reporting.
3. Analyze results by collection, product segment, and geographic zone.
4. Track key performance indicators such as sell-thru and stock coverage.
5. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
6. Propose inter-zone product transfers and prepare action plans.
7. Translate sales analysis into visual merchandising recommendations.
8. Monitor e-commerce sales and digital communication impacts.
9. Assist in preparing the Buying Strategy and seasonal performance reviews.
10. Support buying debrief meetings and purchase recap preparations.
11. Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry best practices.

1. Final-year student in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
2. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
3. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
4. Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, international environment.
5. Fluency in English.
