1. Adjust resource allocation based on control volumes.
2. Alert the Team Leader of potential delays or non-conformities.
3. Communicate feedback for continuous quality improvement and corrective actions.
4. Manage network returns by receiving, processing, and reconditioning products while ensuring quality status.
5. Coordinate quality alerts and information flow with the Quality Control Manager.
6. Perform operational tasks as necessary.
7. Evaluate the technical feasibility of product compliance restoration.
8. Handle administrative tasks such as managing service emails and phone requests.
9. Monitor activity and update tracking tools and files.
10. Train and integrate new team members, identify skill gaps, and coordinate necessary training.
11. Communicate and enforce control procedures for each category.
12. Share and ensure understanding and application of quality standards for each collection.
13. Ensure instructions are understood and applied at workstations.
14. Analyze and resolve team members' issues upon request.
15. Relay information to the team and occasionally lead team meetings.
16. Communicate with team leaders of other departments and production regarding anomalies.
17. Ensure compliance with environmental policies, especially waste sorting.
18. Ensure safety instructions are followed, and emergency exits and extinguishers are accessible.
19. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years in operational team management in production or quality control within the ready-to-wear sector.

1. Knowledge of couture garment manufacturing techniques.
2. Proficiency in quality control methodologies.
3. Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments, and other couture materials.
4. Knowledge of alteration techniques.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; familiarity with WMS is desirable.
6. Understanding of Lean principles.
7. Team management, training, and activity organization skills.
8. Leadership and team-building abilities.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to clearly explain technical processes.
12. Organizational skills, precision, quick comprehension, and confidentiality.

15. Proficiency in English is desirable.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the ready-to-wear sector, focusing on operational team management and quality control.
