- Adjust resource allocation based on control volumes.
- Alert the Quality Control Manager of potential delays or non-conformities.
- Communicate feedback for continuous improvement and corrective actions.
- Manage network returns, ensuring timely processing and quality status.
- Coordinate actions and information flow during quality alerts with the Quality Control Manager.
- Perform operational tasks as needed.
- Evaluate technical feasibility for product compliance.
- Handle service emails and phone inquiries.
- Monitor activity and maintain tracking tools and files.
- Train team members, including onboarding and identifying skill gaps.
- Communicate and enforce control procedures for each category.
- Share and ensure understanding of quality standards for each collection.
- Ensure proper communication and application of instructions at workstations.
- Resolve team member issues upon request.
- Relay information and occasionally lead team meetings.
- Communicate with other department leaders and production regarding anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental policies, especially waste sorting.
- Ensure safety instructions are followed and emergency exits are accessible.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2) with mandatory knowledge of couture.
- Knowledge of couture garment manufacturing techniques.
- Mastery of quality control methodologies.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments, and other couture materials.
- Knowledge of alteration techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, familiarity with WMS preferred.
- Understanding of Lean principles.
- Team leadership, training, and activity organization skills.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical processes.
- Organizational skills, rigor, quick comprehension, confidentiality.

A minimum of 5 years in a role involving operational team leadership in production or quality control within the ready-to-wear sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2) with mandatory knowledge of couture.
