1. Adjust resource allocation based on control volumes.
2. Alert the Quality Control Manager of potential delays or non-conformities.
3. Communicate feedback for continuous improvement and corrective actions.
4. Manage network returns, ensuring timely processing and quality status.
5. Coordinate actions and information flow during quality alerts with the Quality Control Manager.
6. Perform operational tasks as needed.
7. Evaluate technical feasibility for product compliance.
8. Handle service emails and phone inquiries.
9. Monitor activity and maintain tracking tools and files.
10. Train team members, including onboarding and identifying skill gaps.
11. Communicate and enforce control procedures for each category.
12. Share and ensure understanding of quality standards for each collection.
13. Ensure proper communication and application of instructions at workstations.
14. Resolve team member issues upon request.
15. Relay information and occasionally lead team meetings.
16. Communicate with other department leaders and production regarding anomalies.
17. Ensure compliance with environmental policies, especially waste sorting.
18. Ensure safety instructions are followed and emergency exits are accessible.
19. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2) with mandatory knowledge of couture.

1. Knowledge of couture garment manufacturing techniques.
2. Mastery of quality control methodologies.
3. Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments, and other couture materials.
4. Knowledge of alteration techniques.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, familiarity with WMS preferred.
6. Understanding of Lean principles.
7. Team leadership, training, and activity organization skills.
8. Leadership and team-building abilities.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to clearly explain technical processes.

A minimum of 5 years in a role involving operational team leadership in production or quality control within the ready-to-wear sector.
