1. Adjust resource allocation based on inspection volumes.
2. Alert the Quality Control Manager of potential delays or non-conformities.
3. Communicate feedback for continuous improvement of product quality and processes.
4. Manage network returns by receiving, processing, and reconditioning products while ensuring quality status.
5. Coordinate actions and information flow during quality alerts in collaboration with the Quality Control Manager.
6. Perform operational tasks as needed.
7. Evaluate the technical feasibility of product compliance restoration.
8. Handle administrative tasks including email and phone inquiries.
9. Monitor activity and maintain tracking tools and files.
10. Train team members, including onboarding new arrivals and coordinating necessary training.
11. Communicate and enforce control procedures for each category.
12. Share quality standards for each collection and ensure team understanding and application.
13. Ensure clear communication and application of instructions at workstations.
14. Analyze and resolve team member issues.
15. Relay information to the team and occasionally lead team meetings.
16. Communicate with other department leaders and production regarding anomalies.
17. Ensure adherence to environmental policies, particularly waste sorting.
18. Ensure safety instructions are followed and maintain accessibility of fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
19. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with a strong knowledge of couture.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in leading operational teams in production or quality control within the fashion industry.

1. Expertise in garment manufacturing techniques.
2. Proficiency in quality control methodologies.
3. Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments, and other materials used in couture.
4. Knowledge of alteration techniques.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, familiarity with WMS is preferred.
6. Understanding of Lean principles.
7. Leadership and team management skills.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to clearly explain technical processes.
11. Organizational skills, precision, and confidentiality.
12. Initiative, autonomy, agility, and high responsiveness.
13. Commitment to continuous improvement.
14. Proficiency in English is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within production or quality control in the ready-to-wear sector.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
