Christian Dior Assistant Quality Control Manager

1. Supervise and ensure timely completion of quality control activities and network returns processing, managing performance and capacity alignment.
2. Maintain and update activity tracking tools and files, ensuring accurate reporting and communication of service indicators.
3. Alert the Quality Control Manager of potential delays or non-conformities and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.
4. Coordinate quality alerts and information flow in collaboration with the Quality Control Manager.
5. Perform operational tasks as needed and assess technical feasibility for product compliance.
6. Adjust resource allocation based on control volumes and coordinate with other departments.
7. Communicate and enforce control procedures for each product category, ensuring team understanding and application.
8. Facilitate team training, including onboarding, skills gap identification, and necessary training coordination.
9. Ensure proper communication and application of instructions at workstations, resolving team issues.
10. Lead and support teams daily, conducting annual reviews and monitoring work hours.
11. Relay information to the team, lead meetings, and communicate with other department leaders.
12. Ensure adherence to environmental policies, particularly waste sorting, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 or engineering degree preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operational teams in continuous improvement, quality control, or production

1. Strong knowledge of process flows
2. Proficiency in quality control methodologies
3. Expertise in continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
4. Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with WMS
5. Leadership and team management skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to clearly explain technical processes
9. Organizational skills, rigor, quick comprehension, confidentiality
10. Initiative-taking, autonomy, agility, and high reactivity
11. Proficiency in English preferred

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role overseeing operational teams in continuous improvement, quality control, or production.

Bachelor's degree plus 5 or engineering degree preferred
