Christian Dior Assistant Quality Control Manager

- Supervise and ensure timely completion of quality control activities and network returns processing, managing performance and capacity alignment.
- Maintain and update activity tracking tools and files, ensuring accurate reporting and communication of service indicators.
- Alert the Quality Control Manager of potential delays or non-conformities and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate quality alerts and information flow in collaboration with the Quality Control Manager.
- Perform operational tasks as needed and assess technical feasibility for product compliance.
- Adjust resource allocation based on control volumes and coordinate with other departments.
- Communicate and enforce control procedures for each product category, ensuring team understanding and application.
- Facilitate team training, including onboarding, skills gap identification, and necessary training coordination.
- Ensure proper communication and application of instructions at workstations, resolving team issues.
- Lead and support teams daily, conducting annual reviews and monitoring work hours.
- Relay information to the team, lead meetings, and communicate with other department leaders.
- Ensure adherence to environmental policies, particularly waste sorting, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 or engineering degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operational teams in continuous improvement, quality control, or production
- Strong knowledge of process flows
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies
- Expertise in continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
- Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with WMS
- Leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical processes
- Organizational skills, rigor, quick comprehension, confidentiality
- Initiative-taking, autonomy, agility, and high reactivity
- Proficiency in English preferred
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role overseeing operational teams in continuous improvement, quality control, or production.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 or engineering degree preferred
