Christian Dior Assistant Quality Control Manager

- Supervise quality control activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and managing performance metrics.
- Conduct activity monitoring, maintain accurate records, and report service indicators.
- Alert the Quality Control Manager of potential delays or non-conformities.
- Coordinate corrective actions and information flow during quality alerts.
- Perform operational tasks as necessary and assess technical feasibility for product compliance.
- Manage team resources based on control volumes and coordinate with other departments.
- Communicate and enforce control procedures and quality standards for each collection.
- Ensure team training, including onboarding and skills development.
- Analyze and resolve team issues, conduct annual reviews, and manage work schedules.
- Facilitate team meetings and communicate effectively with other department leads.
- Uphold environmental policies, safety protocols, and maintain service cleanliness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in operational team management within quality control or production.
- Proficient understanding of workflow processes.
- Expertise in quality control methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Strong command of Lean principles and Office 365 suite.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical processes clearly.
- Organized, rigorous, and quick to comprehend.
- Initiative-driven, autonomous, and highly responsive.
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within quality control, continuous improvement, or production.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
