1. Supervise quality control activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and managing performance metrics.
2. Conduct activity monitoring, maintain accurate records, and report service indicators.
3. Alert the Quality Control Manager of potential delays or non-conformities.
4. Coordinate corrective actions and information flow during quality alerts.
5. Perform operational tasks as necessary and assess technical feasibility for product compliance.
6. Manage team resources based on control volumes and coordinate with other departments.
7. Communicate and enforce control procedures and quality standards for each collection.
8. Ensure team training, including onboarding and skills development.
9. Analyze and resolve team issues, conduct annual reviews, and manage work schedules.
10. Facilitate team meetings and communicate effectively with other department leads.
11. Uphold environmental policies, safety protocols, and maintain service cleanliness.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years in operational team management within quality control or production.

1. Proficient understanding of workflow processes.
2. Expertise in quality control methodologies and continuous improvement.
3. Strong command of Lean principles and Office 365 suite.
4. Leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to articulate technical processes clearly.
7. Organized, rigorous, and quick to comprehend.
8. Initiative-driven, autonomous, and highly responsive.

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within quality control, continuous improvement, or production.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
