Christian Dior Assistant Project Manager — Scenography (LCP & Pop‑Ups)

- Develop creative moodboards and concept proposals from marketing briefs that align with the Maison’s identity and the La Collection Privée Christian Dior aesthetic.
- Translate scenographic concepts into visual representations — hand sketches, technical drawings and 3D models (SketchUp) — to support retail and event activations.
- Source materials, textures and visual references to enrich proposals and maintain cohesive project identity across touchpoints.
- Draft precise briefs and technical specifications for external partners (model makers, printers, 3D studios) to ensure faithful realization of designs.
- Contribute to merchandising guidelines and technical plans for POS elements using Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and prepare production-ready assets.
- Support international markets in implementing activation spaces by analysing local needs and proposing tailored scenographic solutions.
- Participate in the conception and delivery of exceptional installations (pop‑ups, podiums, exclusive windows) for selected retail environments.
- Currently enrolled in a Master-level programme (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in design, interior architecture, spatial design or an equivalent course.
- First academic or professional experience in design, visual merchandising or scenography; demonstrable portfolio of relevant projects.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong creative sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and a clear visual communication capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, adaptability and a proactive, initiative-driven approach.
- Familiarity with production processes and the ability to produce clear technical briefs for external suppliers; CADtools knowledge appreciated.

Entry-level / apprenticeship: candidate should have an initial academic or professional exposure to design, visual merchandising or scenography and present a portfolio of school or early-career projects.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in design, interior architecture, spatial or set design.
