1. Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of retail projects and operational initiatives.
2. Analyze CRM data for key launches.
3. Oversee the global Fine Jewellery & Timepieces events calendar and report on KPIs.
4. Support regional incentives and monitor gifting strategy implementation.
5. Develop retail tools and monitor their adoption and performance.
6. Coordinate logistics and communications with external vendors and partners.
7. Conduct competitive analysis of luxury competitors.
8. Monitor and share industry trends through monthly trend-sharing sessions.

1. Student BAC+4/5 in Management/Business
2. First experience in a retail environment appreciated

4. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
5. Understanding of Retail Operations & Customer Experience is a plus
6. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
7. Fluent in French and English
