Christian Dior Assistant Project Manager in CSR

- Support the Women@Dior Program by assisting in the coordination and execution of mentee recruitment in collaboration with UNESCO, regional Dior offices, and partner educational institutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for mentees and mentors.
- Contribute to the research and development phases of new activities, partnerships, and content for the program.
- Aid in organizing events and activations for the Women@Dior community.
- Provide operational support for the implementation of global DEI strategy and action plans.
- Assist in coordinating and operationalizing global communities of practice on gender equity and other inclusion priorities.
- Support the tracking, monitoring, and data collection of DEI initiatives implemented across the Maison globally.
- Conduct research on DEI best practices and trends.
- Contribute to the creation of thematic training content on inclusion by assisting in research and preparation of materials.
- Provide editorial and administrative support for the development of multi-platform communication materials.
- Assist in partner interactions, contributing to strengthening collaborations and creating shared values.
- Help coordinate internal and external community initiatives.
- Support the coordination of heritage appreciation and awareness campaigns.
- Currently enrolled in a program in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
