Christian Dior Assistant Project Manager — China Regulatory Registrations (Apprenticeship)

1. Coordinate regulatory registrations for products destined for the Chinese market in close collaboration with teams in France and the regulatory teams based in Shanghai (≈35%).
2. Develop and monitor China registration timelines to secure development milestones and protect product launch dates (≈20%).
3. Plan and coordinate shipments of initial production batches to China, liaising with production and laboratory teams to ensure regulatory sample requirements are met (≈15%).
4. Lead and facilitate cross-border project meetings in English with French and Chinese stakeholders; escalate risks and status updates to management (≈10%).
5. Recommend logistical and organisational solutions to comply with regulatory constraints and ensure timely launches (≈10%).
6. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes related to Chinese regulatory requirements, including CSAR-related workflows (≈10%).

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's-level programme (Bac +4 / Bac +5) at a business school, engineering school or scientific university.
2. First academic or professional experience in project management, regulatory affairs, chemistry, marketing or product development is preferred.
3. Fluent in French and English (oral and written) — mandatory.
4. Analytical mindset with professional rigor and a solution-oriented approach.
5. Strong stakeholder-management and collaborative teamwork skills; adaptable in a fast-moving, international environment.
6. Interest in the Chinese market is an advantage.
