1. Assist product development managers in the tailoring and trousers/shirts categories.
2. Monitor the development of multiple collections simultaneously.
3. Update tracking documents, including collection plans and VIP order tables.
4. Participate in fittings with designers, the study office, and the workshop.
5. Assist in the creation and updating of models using the PLM tool.
6. Generate model/material allocation sheets for launches.
7. Support the dispatch of components and fabrics to manufacturers.
8. Independently manage the development of covered buttons with the Parisian workshop.
9. Create fabric boards for the collection.
10. Aid in the reception of prototypes, including unpacking, checking, and changing hangers.
11. Assist in tracking VIP orders.
12. Print product labels.
13. Handle DHL shipments and courier bookings.
14. Scan collection looks for the looklist.
15. Monitor the creation of toiles and mock-ups by the workshop.
16. Send prototypes to manufacturers.

1. Passion for the fashion industry with strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in textile engineering, fashion, or business.
3. Strong product sensitivity, particularly in high-quality ready-to-wear products.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
5. Dynamic, meticulous, and autonomous.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with high adaptability.
8. Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
