1. Assist in the development of men's footwear prototypes from initial sketches to market sales showrooms.
2. Support the Product Manager in tracking collections and product development in collaboration with associated departments.
3. Monitor the development of collections, including prototype adjustments, material procurement, and product standardization.
4. Manage daily reception and dispatch of prototypes between Italian factories and the Paris development office.
5. Ensure prototype compliance upon receipt and update the database with photographs of received prototypes.
6. Establish tracking tools to ensure efficient departmental operations.
7. Assist in invoice management and budget tracking, including the creation and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets for Dior orders.
8. Conduct competitive analysis on market trends in leather goods, including new shapes, materials, and techniques.
9. Aid in fashion show preparation, including updating and verifying the 'look list' of selected accessories.
10. Prepare products for meetings, including product research and merchandising.
11. Update support tools for collection tracking, such as shared collection plans with Italy and look lists.
12. Compile ATA Carnets, including collection references, descriptions, materials, photos, and supplier documents.

1. Previous professional experience in a similar role is mandatory.
2. Strong knowledge of footwear.
3. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
3. Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Italian.
4. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and dynamism.

Entry-level experience required, with a mandatory previous professional experience in a similar role.
