Christian Dior Assistant Product Development Intern - Men's Ready-to-Wear

1. Assist product development managers in the tailoring and pants/shirts categories.
2. Update tracking documents such as collection plans and VIP order tables.
3. Participate in fittings with designers, the design office, and the workshop.
4. Aid in the creation and updating of models using the PLM tool.
5. Generate model/material allocation sheets for launches.
6. Support the dispatch of components and fabrics to manufacturers.
7. Independently manage the development of covered buttons with the Parisian workshop.
8. Create fabric boards for the collection.
9. Assist in the reception of prototypes, including unwrapping, checking, and hanger changes.
10. Support the tracking of VIP orders.
11. Print product labels.
12. Handle DHL shipments and courier bookings.
13. Scan collection looks for the looklist.
14. Monitor the creation of toiles and mock-ups by the workshop.
15. Send prototypes to manufacturers.

1. Passion for the fashion industry with strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in textile engineering, fashion, or business.
3. Strong product sensitivity and appreciation for high-quality ready-to-wear products.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
5. Dynamic, meticulous, and autonomous.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of adaptability.
8. Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
