Christian Dior Assistant Private Clients Coordinator Internship

- Assist the Private Clients Project Manager in daily operations related to the development of the brand's high-end clientele, focusing on event strategy with an analytical emphasis.
- Support the proposal of client lists for major event targeting in collaboration with regional teams.
- Consolidate client profiles by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Analyze the outcomes of international Uberluxury events and perform analytical studies.
- Consolidate and analyze various KPIs to measure event performance.
- Produce studies supporting product department strategies.
- Ensure the quality of the high-end client database in collaboration with regional teams and continuously improve the database tool.
- Participate in the design and dissemination of the High-End department newsletter.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Support the handling of high-end client special orders.
- Consolidate purchase journey information to resolve client cases.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program (Bachelor's +4).
- Previous experience in marketing and/or analytics within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced level.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in CRM is highly valued.
Beginner level experience with a foundational understanding of marketing and analytics in the fashion or luxury industry.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Opportunity to learn about the codes, environment, and culture of a French fashion house. Full integration into the Private Clients team with exposure to various responsibilities and projects. Development of analytical, project management, and coordination skills, along with communication abilities. Support and guidance throughout the internship with regular feedback sessions.
