- Assist the Private Clients Project Manager in daily operations related to the development of the brand's high-profile clients, focusing on event strategy with an analytical emphasis.
- Support the proposal of client lists for major event targeting in collaboration with regional teams.
- Consolidate client profiles by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Analyze the outcomes of international events and conduct analytical studies to support product department strategies.
- Ensure the quality of the high-profile client database in regular collaboration with regional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of database tools.
- Oversee daily exclusive treatments and special orders for high-profile clients, including support for special orders like Haute Joaillerie and coordination of exceptional client treatments such as gifts.
- Produce monthly newsletters for top sales associates.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program (equivalent to BAC +4).
- Previous experience in marketing and/or analytics within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior experience in CRM is highly desirable.
Beginner level experience in marketing and analytics, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field (BAC +4 equivalent).
Opportunity to learn the codes, environment, and culture of a French fashion house. Engage in responsible missions and be fully integrated into the Private Clients team projects. Develop analytical, project management, coordination, and communication skills. Detailed mission objectives set at the beginning of the internship with regular progress reviews.
