1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to restaurant rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks for clients or colleagues.

1. Beginner level experience in a culinary environment.
