2. Organize and oversee shipment schedules, coordinating with logistics for order preparation.
3. Handle invoicing processes.
4. Process customs documentation for import and export activities.
5. Monitor after-sales service cases.
6. File and archive invoices and credit notes.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in International Business or a related field.
2. Familiarity with international trade regulations, particularly in customs for import and export.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
3. Fluency in English for communication with various regions and partners.
