1. Assist in ongoing omnichannel transformation projects and execution tasks, collaborating closely with team members.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of project progress and milestones for the team and management.
3. Collaborate with various regions to design and implement omnichannel initiatives, from concept development to project execution.
4. Conduct regular competitive analyses of omnichannel experiences to establish best practices for Dior's digital roadmap.

1. University, business school, or engineering school master's degree program enrollment.

1. Customer focus with retail experience preferred.
2. Understanding of digital needs and processes.
3. Creativity, adaptability, and agility.
4. Innovative mindset with curiosity and idea generation capability.
5. Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative-taking.
6. Teamwork in an international context.
7. Excellent written and spoken English; French skills appreciated.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Creative skills in Photoshop and Figma appreciated.
10. Artistic sensitivity and keen attention to detail are advantageous.
