1. Assist in ongoing omnichannel transformation projects and execution tasks in close collaboration with team members.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of project progress and milestones for the team and management.
3. Collaborate with various regions to design and implement omnichannel initiatives from concept development to project execution.
4. Conduct regular competitive analyses of omnichannel experiences to establish best practices for Dior's digital roadmap.

1. University degree or equivalent from a business school or engineering school at the master's level.
2. Retail experience is appreciated.
3. Experience as a consultant is a plus.
4. Understanding of digital needs and processes.

5. Teamwork in an international context.
6. Excellent written and spoken English; French skills are appreciated.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Creative skills in Photoshop and Figma are appreciated.
9. Artistic sensitivity and attention to detail are a plus.

Beginner level experience is required.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
