Christian Dior Assistant Merchandising & Business Analyst - Women's Footwear

- Conduct performance analysis and monitor KPIs for collections, capsules, permanent lines, and events.
- Track weekly best-sellers by collection and category.
- Prepare presentations related to business analyses.
- Create various reporting tools to enhance performance tracking and management.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.
- Monitor e-commerce performance.
- Manage interzone transfers and restocking processes.
- Analyze assortment breadth and depth by category and functionality during buying sessions.
- Evaluate sell-in by zone and category and track cancellations.
- Assist in preparing presentations for pre-buying sessions and post-buying debriefs.
- Support wholesale activities, visual merchandising, and store planning.
- Enrolled in a Master's program (BAC+4/5) at a business or engineering school.
- Prior experience in an analytical role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros is a plus.
- Strong command of PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for numerical analysis and a keen interest in fashion and products.
- Organized, rigorous, and adaptable.
- Team-oriented with a passion for the challenging and demanding fashion industry.
Entry-level position requiring initial experience in an analytical role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
