1. Prepare seasonal buy through sales analysis, product strategy development, and product opportunity identification by collaborating with the Merchandising Manager.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions on OTB budget and deliver strategic decisions aligned with brand guidelines.
3. Develop a balanced product assortment strategy to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through.
4. Build initial allocation strategies for seasonal and permanent products to maximize sales and achieve sell-through targets.
5. Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal stock flow and inventory.
6. Work closely with Retail and E-Commerce teams to deliver clear product strategies and maximize sales and sell-through in line with global guidelines.
7. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product launches, new store openings, and events.
8. Collaborate with the Training team to deliver product training materials.
9. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to propose appropriate actions for both overall business and seasonal collections.
10. Consolidate and deliver constructive feedback on products and collections.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in merchandising or buying.

1. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Strong knowledge of the local fashion market.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in merchandising or buying, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion house.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
