Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser

- Prepare seasonal buy through sales analysis, product strategy development, and product opportunity identification by collaborating with the Merchandising Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions on OTB budget and deliver strategic decisions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop a balanced product assortment strategy to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through.
- Build initial allocation strategies for seasonal and permanent products to maximize sales and achieve sell-through targets.
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal stock flow and inventory.
- Work closely with Retail and E-Commerce teams to deliver clear product strategies and maximize sales and sell-through in line with global guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product launches, new store openings, and events.
- Collaborate with the Training team to deliver product training materials.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to propose appropriate actions for both overall business and seasonal collections.
- Consolidate and deliver constructive feedback on products and collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in merchandising or buying.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of the local fashion market.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in merchandising or buying, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion house.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
