Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser

1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Retail teams, central teams, and Top Management, including daily performance analysis across EMEA regions, sub-zones, boutiques, categories, segments, products, and SKUs.
2. Review replenishment targets, manage restocking, optimize inventory levels, and facilitate stock rebalancing.
3. Provide operational support to retail through transfers, creation of community engagement materials, and addressing various merchandising inquiries from boutiques.
4. Assist in organizing buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
5. Participate in commercial activities, including organizing collection launches, creating communication materials, and conducting performance analyses to support merchandising actions.
6. Support boutique openings and retail events by preparing information, updating stock levels, and monitoring performance.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Fluency in English and French.
3. Prior experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
2. Affinity for numbers, statistics, and analysis.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines quickly.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
