Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for retail teams, central teams, and top management.
- Conduct daily performance analysis across EMEA regions, sub-zones, boutiques, categories, segments, products, and SKUs.
- Review replenishment targets, restocking, stock optimization, and rebalancing plans.
- Provide operational support to retail, including transfers, creating support materials for community engagement, and responding to merchandising inquiries from boutiques.
- Assist in organizing buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
- Participate in the organization of collection launches, creating communication materials, and analyzing performance to support merchandising actions.
- Support boutique openings and retail events by preparing information, updating stocks, and tracking performance.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Previous experience in retail and/or merchandising is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for numbers, statistics, and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
No prior experience required, though previous exposure to retail or merchandising is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
