1. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for retail teams, central teams, and top management.
2. Conduct daily performance analysis across EMEA regions, sub-zones, boutiques, categories, segments, products, and SKUs.
3. Review replenishment targets, restocking, stock optimization, and rebalancing plans.
4. Provide operational support to retail, including transfers, creating support materials for community engagement, and responding to merchandising inquiries from boutiques.
5. Assist in organizing buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
6. Participate in the organization of collection launches, creating communication materials, and analyzing performance to support merchandising actions.
7. Support boutique openings and retail events by preparing information, updating stocks, and tracking performance.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Fluency in both English and French.
3. Previous experience in retail and/or merchandising is preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
2. Aptitude for numbers, statistics, and analysis.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

No prior experience required, though previous exposure to retail or merchandising is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
