1. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses for the Men's Footwear category, providing insights to retail teams and top management.
2. Review replenishment targets, manage stock optimization, and execute rebalancing strategies.
3. Provide operational support to retail, including facilitating product transfers and creating materials for community engagement.
4. Assist in the organization and execution of buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
5. Participate in the organization of collection launches, creating communication materials and performance analyses to support merchandising actions.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in both English and French.
4. Previous experience in retail or merchandising is advantageous.
