Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser for Jewellery & Timepieces

- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses by product line, region, boutique, and collection, with a focus on best-sellers and recent launches.
- Perform competitive studies, especially in relation to High-End events.
- Provide daily support to zones and boutiques, including stock requests, product information, and sales tools.
- Assist in managing new product launches, including product information, assortment summaries, and stock delivery verification.
- Coordinate 'Caravan' assortments to support boutique events, including piece transfers, sales tracking, and replenishment updates.
- Monitor boutique openings, both permanent and temporary, creating specific assortments as needed and coordinating logistics.
- Provide operational support during client or team events, such as seminars.
- Assist in stock rebalancing and buybacks to implement product assortment guidelines.
- Develop and provide various sales support tools, such as product books, listings, and assortment summaries.
- Support the preparation of the Monthly Ambassadors Call, focusing on business results and priorities.
- Assist in preparing pieces for client presentations in Europe, including documentation, transport booking, and logistics.
- Aid in tracking logistics flows within the region and communicating with transporters.
- Final-year internship or gap year, preferably with prior experience in Merchandising.
- Enrollment in a Business School (Master's level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical tools proficiency.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Understanding of the luxury industry, with knowledge of the Jewellery and Timepieces sector being advantageous.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Numerical proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship understanding.
- Curiosity and product sensitivity.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Master's degree in Business or related field.
