- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses by product line, region, store, and collection, with a focus on best-sellers and recent launches.
- Assist in managing new product launches, including product information, assortment summaries, and stock delivery verification.
- Monitor stock levels and implement corrective actions to maximize sales.
- Develop and provide various sales support tools, such as product books, listings, and assortment summaries.
- Conduct competitive studies.
- Provide daily support to regions and stores, including stock requests, transfers, product information, and sales tools.
- Coordinate 'Caravan' assortments for boutique events, including tracking transfers, sales, and restocks, and updating the calendar.
- Support the opening of permanent and seasonal boutiques, including creating specific assortments and coordinating logistics information.
- Provide operational support during client or team events, such as seminars.
- Assist in preparing pieces for shipment within Europe for client presentations, including documentation, transport booking, and packaging.
- Support the tracking of logistical flows and communication with transporters.
- Final-year internship preferred
- Previous internship in Merchandising or Business Analysis is advantageous
- Business School degree (BAC +5)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in French and English
- Knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly in Jewellery and Timepieces, is a plus
- Analytical, rigorous, and organized
- Comfortable with numbers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of client relationships
- Curiosity and product sensitivity
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Dynamic and proactive
