- Lead by example to mentor and train team members in sales and service techniques.
- Support the Department Manager in developing and implementing a local client development strategy.

- Monitor and enhance sales performance within the department.

- Develop relationships with Head Office to provide feedback on clientele and product performance.
- Assist with stock ordering and management as needed.
- Organize and delegate daily tasks to the store team.
- Support recruitment, evaluation, motivation, and development of team members.
- Implement measures to minimize stock losses and operating expenses.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and product display.
- Ensure familiarity with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
- Maximize security measures to prevent product theft.
- Ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Line Manager or Head Office.
- Represent Christian Dior as an ambassador at events when necessary.
- Previous experience at Assistant Manager level within luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion.
