1. Lead by example to mentor and train team members in sales and service techniques.
2. Support the Department Manager in developing and implementing a local client development strategy.
3. Foster internal relationships to facilitate cross-selling across product categories.
4. Cultivate client loyalty by building relationships with VVIC and Elite clients.
5. Monitor and enhance sales performance within the department.
6. Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints.
7. Assist the Department Manager in achieving commercial goals while adhering to company policies.
8. Develop relationships with Head Office to provide feedback on clientele and product performance.
9. Assist with stock ordering and management as needed.
10. Organize and delegate daily tasks to the store team.
11. Support recruitment, evaluation, motivation, and development of team members.
12. Implement measures to minimize stock losses and operating expenses.
13. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and product display.
14. Ensure familiarity with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
15. Maximize security measures to prevent product theft.
16. Ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
17. Perform additional duties as directed by the Line Manager or Head Office.
18. Represent Christian Dior as an ambassador at events when necessary.

1. Previous experience at Assistant Manager level within luxury fashion.
2. Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion.
