1. Support the animation of talent communities and coordinate young talent initiatives, including retail and graduate programs.
2. Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks.
3. Contribute to content creation, communications, and development projects.
4. Monitor and support mobility pathways for young talent populations.
5. Enhance employee journey and engagement touchpoints.
6. Perform data analysis of talent pools to generate actionable insights for development strategies.
7. Maintain and update mobility trackers to facilitate career discussions and support succession planning.
8. Coordinate Europe performance evaluation campaigns in partnership with local HR teams.
9. Support the deployment of Europe engagement initiatives, including post-survey action plans.
10. Communicate regularly via newsletters to promote retail career opportunities and highlight HR initiatives.
11. Serve as the point of contact for countries in scope, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
12. Support the rollout of programs and initiatives across multiple markets.

1. Master’s degree (Business School or University) with initial experience in communication, learning, or project management.
2. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level experience in communication, learning, or project management is required.
