1. Launch a digital learning platform (LMS) for Dior employees worldwide.
2. Coordinate with various departments, countries, and agencies to support platform deployment.
3. Contribute to innovative learning projects, including the creation of virtual reality training modules.
4. Manage the digital onboarding process and its global deployment.
5. Ensure the deployment of digital learning content and the creation of blended learning pathways.
6. Engage in identifying needs, creating innovative content, communicating, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting deployment.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or university.
2. First experience in communication, learning, or project management.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint & Excel).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
