1. Assist in coordinating the organization of fashion shows and image castings.
2. Participate in the selection of models and the Glam team, including hairdressers and makeup artists, for editorial, e-commerce, and advertising campaigns.
3. Manage the scheduling and preparation of fashion shows and Haute Joaillerie events.
4. Liaise with modeling agencies and the Glam team for image projects.
5. Prepare purchase orders and oversee the billing process.
6. Create PowerPoint presentations for casting presentations.

1. Higher education in communication, preferably from institutions like EFAP.

2. Ability to respond swiftly to urgent requests.
3. Strong sensitivity to fashion, beauty, culture, art, luxury, and the history of Dior.
4. Meticulousness, high standards, and precision.

7. Proficiency in English.
