1. Assist in the audit and development of training programs for café and restaurant teams based on Dior F&B standards.
2. Participate in defining standards and processes for audits and visits.
3. Support the implementation of action plans for continuous quality and service improvement.
4. Contribute to the development of F&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
5. Conduct regular benchmarks of luxury F&B trends and perform competitive analysis.
6. Analyze weekly KPIs for cafés/restaurants and report potential issues to management.
7. Evaluate consumer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
8. Coordinate necessary orders for opening projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a Business or Hospitality/F&B School.
2. At least one strategic experience in hospitality/F&B support services.
3. Understanding of the luxury/high-end sector.

1. Ability to write and structure clear and readable content.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Entry-level experience with at least one strategic role in hospitality/F&B support services.

Master's degree in progress in Hospitality Management or related field.
