1. Conduct audits of luxury hospitality training programs.
2. Participate in the development and updating of training programs for café and restaurant teams based on Dior's F&B standards.
3. Assist in defining standards and processes for audits and site visits.
4. Support the implementation of action plans for continuous quality/service improvement.
5. Contribute to the development of F&B standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Perform regular benchmarking of luxury F&B trends and conduct competitive analysis.
7. Review F&B performance through weekly KPI analyses for cafés/restaurants and promptly report potential issues to management.
8. Analyze consumer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience.
9. Coordinate necessary orders for opening projects.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school in Hospitality Management or a related field, or at a Hospitality/F&B school.
2. At least one strategic experience (support services) in hospitality/F&B.
3. Understanding of the luxury/premium sector.
4. Ability to write and structure clear and readable content.
5. Excellent communication skills.
